This is the first of three character designs I did for the fine gentlemen over at Double D Comics for their series entitled "THE EH TEAM".... which just so happens to be the greatest series about Canadian superheroes ever made!
What about "Alpha Flight" you say? FUCK ALPHA FLIGHT!!! I got your Alpha Flight right here!!! That bunch of pansies can't hold a candle to the sheer awesome-ostity that is THE EH TEAM!!!
Behold the first hero of THE EH TEAM, The Flag!!!
*Brian T. Hunter lived the great Canadian dream. He hunted, fished and spent his waking hours in the great outdoors and got paid for it. Known throughout Canada as the ultimate professional hunter and angler, Brian has hit national stardom as the host of his own Television shows: “Beaver Hunting (and other small game)”, and, “Smells Like Fish”. Recently, in a fishing expedition, Hunter experienced a boating accident which had him emerge from the waters with the original Canadian flag, thought lost by the Canadian Parliament in 1965. After intense testing by the new corporate Canadian Government, it was discovered that while wearing the flag around his body, Hunter was magically bestowed immeasurable powers. Along with amplifying his five senses which in turn enhances his natural abilities as a hunter, the flag around his waist has also grants him super-human strength, durability, and the power of flight...*

wow. This is really cool. What a concept. I really like how you were able to color the body hair. Looks amazing. I also really like the treatment on the forearms. Great stuff. I'll have to go check it out.
Sweet! I'm glad you like it! Davis D, one of the writers of THE EH TEAM, gave me a pretty clear concept of what he wanted, and I pretty much just connected the dots, and filled in the gaps. I'm quite happy with how it turned out.
